  • Paid marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Branding and graphic design
  • Social media management
  • Content creation and marketing strategy

Each service may be subject to a separate proposal or service agreement detailing scope, deliverables, and pricing. These additional terms will form part of your agreement with us.

4. Our Commitment to Leads and Rankings

Regal Sol is committed to delivering real, measurable results for our clients. Where a project or proposal includes SEO, paid advertising, or lead-generation services, we work towards the leads and search engine ranking improvements agreed with you in your proposal or service agreement, using proven, industry-recognised strategies across SEO, paid advertising, social media, and web development.

  • The specific number of leads, target keywords, and expected ranking positions (where applicable) will be set out in your individual proposal or service agreement, and will form part of our commitment to you.
  • We continuously monitor, report on, and optimise campaigns to keep them on track towards these agreed targets.
  • Timelines for leads and ranking improvements can vary depending on your industry, competition, and starting point, and will be discussed with you upfront so expectations are clear from the start.
  • Where results fall outside the agreed targets, we will work with you to review and adjust the strategy at no extra cost, as set out in your service agreement.

We stand behind the strategies we recommend and are committed to working closely with you to achieve the leads and rankings agreed at the outset of your project.

5. Quotations, Pricing, and Payments

  • All quotations or proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Work will commence once an initial deposit has been received, typically 50% upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed deliverables or according to your project’s payment schedule.
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
  • Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Regal Sol reserves the right to suspend or withhold delivery of services in the event of overdue payments.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All materials, designs, code, written content, and visual elements created by Regal Sol remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
  • Once paid in full, ownership of deliverables will transfer to you, except for any third-party assets, plugins, or licensed software used in the project.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials created by us without written consent.
  • You grant Regal Sol permission to display your completed project (such as your website or branding) in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Client Obligations

To enable us to deliver your project successfully, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in a timely manner.
  • Supply any necessary content (such as text, images, or brand assets) before project commencement.
  • Review and approve deliverables promptly during the project process.

Delays caused by your inaction or failure to provide information may result in timeline extensions or additional costs.

8. Website Use and Restrictions

You agree to use RegalSol.uk only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Engage in any activity that could damage or disable the website.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or server.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

10. Cancellations, Refunds, and End of Responsibility

  • Deposits paid are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If a project is cancelled by you after commencement, you are responsible for all work completed up to that point and any costs incurred.
  • Refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of Regal Sol.
  • If we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, you may be entitled to a partial refund for incomplete work.

Once you cancel, discontinue, or stop an ongoing service with us (including but not limited to website maintenance, hosting support, SEO, or ad management), Regal Sol will no longer be responsible for the performance, security, uptime, updates, backups, or overall functioning of your website or any related digital assets. Any issues, downtime, security vulnerabilities, or loss of rankings/traffic that occur after the end of our engagement are entirely the client’s responsibility, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of a project private and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent, unless required by law.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

Regal Sol shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or server outages, third-party platform failures (e.g. Google, Meta, hosting providers), power failures, or changes in law.

16. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with any signed proposal or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Regal Sol regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect business or legal changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
